Event Planning
M&E, Inc. offers full event planning services from inception, through creative
development, to a successful execution. Working directly with a myriad of caterers,
entertainers, rental services, and all of the necessary vendors; M&E offers clients
single-source coordination and can efficiently and effectively handle all details of any
event.
Trade Show Management
M&E maintains both a full and part time trained staff capable of meeting any
organization’s needs, including but not limited too: show management, staging, show
office management both on and off site, credentials, and money management.
Advertising
M&E Works directly with all types of electronic and print media and will custom tailor
a comprehensive media buy to target the clients audience. Capabilities include: Design,
production, and placement of all necessary print material; Copy writing, creative, and
placement for radio and television ads. Budgeting, negotiating, and direct mail.
Public Relations
M&E maintains continuous media relations to keep clients in the forefront. M&E
continually works to develop the appropriate outlets to channel information promoting the
client. Services include: press releases, copy writing, media updates and advisories,
calendar listings, and complete press kits.
Design & Production
M&E provides full design services for all print and collateral materials. M&E is
equipped with a Macintosh computer system and can provide in-house type services as well
as desktop publishing.
Conference Services
M&E will professionally and effectively plan your meeting or conference from travel
arrangements to hotel negotiations and reservations to simultaneous interpretation, audio
visual needs, and security. M&E can organize team building activities, including
scavenger hunts and motivational speakers. M&E handles all necessary factors, working
within your budget, to create the best possible presentation.
