9:30am-5pm - International Tennis Hall of Fame & Museum 194 Bellevue Ave. Guided Tour daily at 1:30pm; showcasing the Hall's extensive collection; 15% off all purchases at the International Tennis Hall of Fame Museum, and also The Tennis Store. All Winter Festival programs are free with general admission. $10/adult and $5/child. $2 off admission w/ button.

10am-1pm - Colony House Open View the landmark Colony House, built in 1739 to house R.I. government meetings. The main floor is open for free viewing. Every ½ hour, tours are offered of the upstairs legislative chambers. $5/ free w/button.

10am-4pm - Victorian Servants Tours- The Astors' Beechwood Mansion 580 Bellevue Ave. Step back to 1891 as you apply for a position at the home of Mrs. Astor- queen of American Society. Tours begin every half-hour beginning at 10am until 4pm. No tour at 12:30. $20 Adult/$8 Children; $2 off w/button.

10am-4pm - Preservation Society Mansion Tours The Breakers, Marble House and Rosecliff, Bellevue Ave. Tickets available at entrances. $1 off adult admission w/button to all tours plus kids under 18 free when accompanied by an adult with a button (401) 847-1000

10am-4pm - Wii Tennis International Tennis Hall of Fame, 194 Bellevue Ave. After touring the museum try out a game of Wii Tennis. Try playing doubles with your family members. Come back later in the week and try your hand in our Wii Tennis Tournament! Free w/ museum admission $10/adult, $5/child. $2 off admission w/button.

10am-4pm - Drawing Contest International Tennis Hall of Fame, 194 Bellevue Ave. Choose your favorite object in our galleries and draw it. Sketch paper and pencils provided. Drawings will be hung in our USTA Wing for remaining days of the Winter Festival. Contests will be judged by 2 members of the Hall of Fame and a local Newport artist. Winner receives a $15 gift certificate to our museum store. Ages 8-15. Free w/ museum admission $10/adult, $5/child. $2 off admission w/button.

10am & 12:30pm - Family Scavenger Hunt - International Tennis Hall of Fame, 194 Bellevue Ave. Follow a map of the Newport Casino to answer questions about objects in our museum - a great family activity! Old-fashioned tennis outfits and racquets available to really get you in the spirit! Photo Opportunities. Free with admission $10/adult, $5/child. $2 off regular admission rates w/button.

10:30am, 12:30 & 2:30pm - Old Colony/Newport Railroad Newport depot, 19 America's Cup Ave. Remember the days of old and travel along the scenic tracks of Aquidneck Island. Adults $7.50/$6 w/button, Children $5/$4 w/button, First Class $11/$9 w/button.

11am-2:30pm/3-6pm/6:30-9:30pm - Sovereign Bank Family Skating Center Enjoy skating with children, family or friends at the Sovereign Bank Family Skating Center. Twice the size of Rockefeller Center, the rink offers enough ice for beginner, intermediate, and novice skaters alike. $2 discount w/button on one session of skating. Weather Permitting. 11am - Toe Jam Puppet Band Live at Jane Pickens Theatre! From dance songs like Do the Conga, Barn Dance and Block Cheese Dance Party to interactive songs such as Car Wash the flying Laundry and the wacky bubble machine, everyone, young and old, can't resist singing and dancing along. Plain old walls magically become a shadow puppet theater for Mr. Bun, Born a Bug, and various other puppet shows. Tickets $5/$1 w/button.

11am - Pirates and Scoundrels Tour Hear memorable stories of Newport's swashbuckling past on a tour inside the Colony House and through the Historic Hill. See where notorious scoundrels were put on trial and punished, and find out why this colony was sometimes known as "Rouge's Island." 12:00pm - Tennis-themed Craft International Tennis Hall of Fame, 194 Bellevue Ave. Come and create a tennis-themed craft to take home. Possibilities include "Build Your Perfect Tennis Player" or "Tennis Ball Critters." Free w/ museum admission $10/adult, $5/child. $2 off admission w/button.

12pm & 1pm - Newport Seal Safari Enjoy a 1 hour narrated and guided seal tour of Narragansett Bay and Newport Harbor aboard the Patriot. 3-4pm-Balloon Making Workshop Hampton Inn & Suites, 317 West Main Rd. A fun hands-on workshop with balloon artist Ron Sargent. Kids age 8 and up are invited to learn to make simple balloon animals and see complex designs created. $3/Free w/button. Space limited to 50.

5:00pm - Lantern Tour of Colonial Newport. Feel transported through time to the day of this thriving colonial metropolis on a 1 1/2-hour lantern-lit stroll with professionally trained guides from the Newport Historical Society or the Newport Restoration Foundation. 6:30pm - Samuel Adams Beer Dinner. Hosted by The Mooring Seafood Kitchen. Dinner at 7pm. Enjoy this annual event…a creative menu paired with traditional Sam Adams and unique specialty beers.
